These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by MedTrainers ("MedTrainers," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Deliverables do not replace the original source materials (e.g., protocols, study documents) and should always be used alongside those materials.
MedTrainers does not provide medical advice, clinical decision-making guidance, regulatory strategy or regulatory submissions, or legal advice. All content is informational and interpretive only, based on source materials provided by the client. Responsibility for clinical, regulatory, and operational decisions remains solely with the client.

MedTrainers is not responsible for errors or omissions arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated source materials.
MedTrainers treats all client materials as confidential. Where required, confidentiality obligations may be governed by MedTrainers' standard non-disclosure agreement (NDA), or a client-provided NDA mutually executed by both parties.
Estimated delivery timelines begin only after payment has been successfully completed, all required materials have been received, and any required NDA has been fully executed. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be impacted by scope, complexity, or volume.
Unless otherwise stated, one (1) round of revisions is included for clarity, formatting, or alignment with provided materials. Revisions involving new source materials, expanded scope, or substantive changes may require additional fees. MedTrainers reserves the right to determine whether a requested change constitutes a revision or a new scope of work.
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Payment is required in advance unless an invoice arrangement has been approved in writing. Failure to remit payment may result in delayed or suspended services. All sales are final once work has commenced.
Due to the custom nature of the services, refunds are not provided once work has begun. If MedTrainers is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal error, a partial or full refund may be issued at MedTrainers' discretion.
Client Materials: You retain all rights to materials you provide to MedTrainers.
Deliverables: Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for internal purposes. MedTrainers retains all rights to templates, methodologies, workflows, processes, and know-how used to produce deliverables.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedTrainers' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. MedTrainers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedTrainers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the deliverables, your breach of these Terms, or materials you provide that infringe third-party rights.
MedTrainers reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if these Terms are violated or if continued performance would be unlawful or unethical.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
MedTrainers may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
